User Account Management & Settings in EZDEX

EZDEX is a smart online platform that streamlines order management and facilitates interaction between exchanges and users. Through its user account system, it offers a wide range of features designed to enhance the trading experience. Among its most important components is the Account Management and Account Settings section, which empowers you to manage your transactions more easily, securely, and professionally. Account Management

To access the account management section, after logging in, select the corresponding option from the right-hand menu.

The account management section consists of three main tabs: Addresses, Accounts & Cards, and Financials.

📌 Addresses Tab

In this section, you can register your frequently used addresses for receiving or delivering funds.

These addresses may include:

• Exchange office address for customer visits
• Customer’s residential address for fund delivery

To add a new address, simply click the “Add Address” button and enter the required information.

Please note that if the country you are looking for is not found when registering an address, type the country name to search the full list. After that, complete the address details.

Once the address is added to the list, you can edit or delete it anytime using the edit and delete buttons.

The advantage of this feature is that when placing an order, you can directly use the saved addresses without needing to re-enter them each time.

📌 Accounts & Cards Tab

In this section, you can store your frequently used cards and bank accounts.

To add a new account or card number, just click the “Add Account” button and enter the required details.

After adding, you can edit or delete it anytime using the available buttons.

This feature allows you, when placing a withdrawal order or submitting payment details, to simply select the desired account or card from the list instead of entering it manually.

📌 Financials

Every user in EZDEX (both exchanges and customers) has a dedicated profile page. In fact, this platform gives you a personal site with a unique address.

Features of this page include:

1. Displaying information such as verification status, deposit amount, transaction volume, and activity history.
2. Allowing other users or exchanges to review the profile for transaction reliability.
3. Assigning a personal profile link for exchanges with the option to choose a username.
4. Activating a price board in the preferred language and currency for customer updates.

In this section, you can configure all these settings for your workspace. For example, you can set your exchange rate or decide whether you want to receive fees from users in the form of EZGEM.

🔗 Exclusive Referral Link:

The “Order” button on your account URL is your referral link.

If a customer places an order through your link:

The order is first referred to you (if you are an exchange).

If you do not provide the requested service, the system transfers the order to other exchanges.

In this case, 25% of the transaction fee goes to the referrer (you).

Regular users can also benefit from this feature; the difference is that orders are referred directly to exchanges, and if completed, 25% of the fee is deposited into the referrer’s EZDEX wallet.

Account Settings

The Account Settings section enables personalization and enhanced account security. This section includes several tabs, each of which we will review separately.
