Countries Restricted on EZDEX Exchange: Guidelines for Service Users

EZDEX, in line with its commitment to international laws and regulations, has restricted the use of its services for residents of certain countries.

To comply with global regulations, reduce risks related to financial fraud, money laundering, geopolitical sanctions, and to prevent legal issues for customers and exchanges operating under specific local laws, EZDEX limits access to its services for residents of certain countries. This article outlines the list of restricted countries as well as the conditions for individuals who hold citizenship from these countries but reside elsewhere.

List of Restricted Countries

Citizens of the following countries are subject to EZDEX restrictions, and access to EZDEX services is not available to individuals residing in these countries:

• Africa: Angola, Burundi, Chad, Congo, Conakry, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Libya, Mali, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia, Uganda, Zimbabwe.
• Americas: Barbados, Bolivia, Ecuador, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, Venezuela
• Asia & Middle East: Afghanistan, Myanmar (Burma), Cambodia, China, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, North Korea, Qatar, Syria, Yemen, Israel
• Europe: Albania, North Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine
• Oceania: Vanuatu

These restrictions are enforced due to international sanctions, local regulations, and legal limitations within certain jurisdictions.

Citizens of Restricted Countries Living Abroad

If you are a citizen of a restricted country but reside in a non-restricted country, you are allowed to use EZDEX services.

For example:

• A Lebanese citizen living in Germany can access EZDEX services.
• A Chinese citizen residing in the United Arab Emirates is eligible to use EZDEX.

You will be required to provide your valid residency permit in the non-restricted country to confirm eligibility.

Special Restrictions for Certain Nationalities

Citizens of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom are subject to special regulations and sanctions. Therefore, even if they reside outside their home country, they are not eligible to access EZDEX services.
